No Surprises Act

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.

Clear expectations for your care.

You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected cost of your non-emergency medical care prior to starting services.

All testing paths begin with an Initial Consultation ($250) to review your history and determine the exact scope of evaluation needed. Following your consultation, you will be provided with a detailed, personalized fee estimate before testing begins.

If a bill looks wrong.
